Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Products must be in their original condition. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to item damage during shipping.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Time:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
